Zhongshan Monitronics Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 by Mr. Roland Liu from Taiwan.  Our main factory is located in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China and has an area of over 24,000 sq. meters.   Besides the main factory, we have 6 branch factories in China and one overseas branch in Hungary.   The total employees within this group amount to about 3,000.
 
At the early stage, the Company produced electronic components such as deflection yokes and fly back transformers for Sony, Matsushita or Samsung at OEM basis.  Through the years of cooperation with them, we took measures to streamline our production and upgrade our quality level and thus earned bigger and bigger orders.   And the Company grew rapidly.
 
Right now our business focus is Electronic Scales.  We produce our own Roland branded electronic scales, and we also do OEM for our customers’ brands.
 
What do we have to serve our customers?
  • We have a creative team who continues to explore new materials and new possibilities to create new versions of electronic scales.   Every month we have new models coming up for our clients to choose.   This team can also do designs for our customers, based on their ideas.   We believe new designs and creations are the most important momentums for profit.
  • We have our own tool factory that does the tools we need for plastic molding or metal stamping.
  • We have our own plastic molding factory that provides us all the plastic parts we need.
  • We have our own metal stamping factory that produces all the metal parts we need.
  • We have our own electronics factory that does the PCB design, component soldering, wiring and assembling.
  • We have a strong management team who ensures all the materials purchased are in conformance with RoHS standards and meet our spec., all new designs have been properly tested according to the procedures, and all products from the factory have been carefully inspected.
With the above facilities, of course we can do the best service to our customers, as we practically control every steps of the production!
